Q: What is a Bumbleberry?
A: Whilst there is no such berry as a Bumbleberry the name probably dates from the American pioneers and relates to a pie made with at least three kinds of berries! Frobishers Bumbleberry is a Fruit Juice Drink which includes strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry purees to deliver a wonderful berry burst.

Q: Do you make all your own drinks?

A: We carefully source the best juices from around the globe to develop our drinks and proudly pack them in the UK.

Q: Why don’t Frobishers juices go off in the bottle?

A: We carefully pasteurise our juices to safely deliver an extended (and convenient ambient) shelf-life of one year!

A: All our products have a 12 month shelf life

Q: Where did the name Frobishers come from?
A: Here at Frobishers we have a few theories as to the origination of our name. One most common is that essentially the creator of Frobishers Juices wanted a name to alliterate with “fruit”. Possibly the name came from the sit-com, To the Manor Born where one of the characters was called Marjorie Frobisher. Another possibility we consider here is the dialling code for Earls Court was Frobisher before digits were used!

Q: Who first founded Frobishers?

A: Frobishers was first founded by Mike Dowdeswell. Ian MacDonald, Mike’s partner, had an intolerance to milk and tried apple juice on his cereal , liking it so much he tried to find a regular supply of top quality Apple Juice , unlucky in his quest he set to sourcing his own top quality juice and this ethos remains the same today.

Q: When was Frobishers founded?

A: Frobishers was founded in 1992.

Q: Do your drinks contain sugar?

A: Fruit contains the naturally occurring sugars fructose, sucrose and glucose.

Q: Can your glass be recycled?

A: Yes our glass can be recycled so pop it in the normal glass recycling bin. Glass is 100% recyclable and can be used again and again.

Q: Are your drinks suitable for coeliacs?

A: Yes, we don’t use any ingredients that contain gluten.

Q: Are your drinks suitable for diabetics?

A: Our drinks contain fruit sugars so should be consumed in accordance with dietary advice from your qualified medical practitioner.

Q: Are your drinks suitable for vegetarians and vegans?

A: Yes .

Q: Do your drinks contain any artificial chemical additives?

A: No.

Q: Where do you bottle your juices?

A: We proudly bottle our juices in the UK at Purity Soft Drinks in Wednesbury.

Q: Where do you source the raw material from?

A: We source our ingredients from around the globe to ensure you receive the best quality and consistency as possible.
