Mango

We source our mangoes from selected plantations in India where the fruit thrives in the warm, dry atmosphere that prevails there. Come harvest, the mangoes are picked when they’re quite green using a long- poled bag to avoid the fruit falling and bruising. They’re then carefully ripened in traditional rice straw sheds. The variety we love is Alphonso, known as “King of the Mangoes”, it’s the sweetest, juiciest, most fragrant mango you’ll find. Renowned for its rich taste and depth of flavour, this variety produces a beautiful, bright yellow, clean-tasting fruit juice, bursting with good stuff like beta carotene, Vitamin A, and potassium. A ‘super-fruit’ juice drink if ever there was one.
