Frobishers customers share our values: inquisitiveness, independence and, it appears, an adventurous side. Their ideas and the stories they share with us about enjoying Frobishers inspired us to think about some of our own favourite recipes and the kind of food that our drinks go well with. We like experimenting with flavours and sometimes on our travels across the world we come across some pretty exotic and unexpected mixes and layers of taste.

Grapefruit Mojito

125ml Frobishers Grapefruit Juice
8 mint leaves
10ml of gomme syrup
Dash of soda

Method: Muddle mint leaves and gomme syrup in bottom of a highball glass. Add bar-spoon to the glass then fill with 2/3rds with crushed ice. Add grapefruit juice then use spoon to draw the mint leaves from the bottom of the glass throughout the drink.  Add crushed ice to the top and charge the drink with a dash of soda.

Garnish: Large mint sprig. 2 straws.
