This easy recipe is perfect for those who want a quick and delightful festive drink without compromising on flavour. The combination of dark rum, cranberry, and citrus juices, topped with Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler, creates a festive punch that everyone will enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
250ml Dark Rum
500ml Frobishers Cranberry Juice
250ml Frobishers Orange Juice
50ml Fresh Lime Juice
550ml Frobishers Ginger & Juniper Sparkler
Orange slices & Fresh Cranberries & Rosemary Sprigs (for garnish)
METHOD
1.
In a large pitcher, combine the dark rum, cranberry juice, orange juice, and fresh lime juice
2.
Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to chill the mixture
3.
Just before serving, pour in the Ginger & Juniper Sparkler
4.
Fill glasses with ice cubes
5.
Garnish each glass with an orange slice, a few fresh cranberries and a rosemary sprig
