Lemon & mint

A zingy cordial made with peppy lemon juice and garden mint.

Made with Devon spring water.

Dilute with water, 1:10 – try fizzy, for extra sparkle. Makes about 16 glasses.

Fact or fancy?
In 17th-century England, new coins were rubbed with mint leaves, to show they were in ‘mint condition’.*

(*the answer, in case you’re interested, is a fancy.)

Lemon juice from concentrate 54%, sugar, water, natural flavourings, thickener: pectin.
