Bank holiday tipsy tipple


Devised in the orchards of New England, this tipple’s been sipped on by smooth Atlantic explorers for hundreds of years. The perfect mix of Martin Frobisher’s Apple juice and Exeter Gin.

You’ll need…

35ml Martin Frobisher’s Apple Juice
35ml Exeter Gin
17.5ml apple cider vinegar
17.5ml pasteurised egg white
10ml Green Chartreuse
3 basil leaves
Pinch of lemon balm leaves


Splash all the ingredients into a shaker, plus two basil leaves and a scoop of ice.

Give it a serious shaking, then fine-strain into a mixing vase before whisking up with a handheld milk frother.

Pour from a height into a martini glass, then finish with a basil leaf and lemon balm leaves.
