SLOE BURNER

A sailor’s favourite warmer – bring it out on a cold night, and it’ll keep spirits up on deck with ghost stories and old tales.

You’ll need
Frobisher’s Cranberry Juice
35ml aged Madeira
35ml Sipsmith Sloe Gin
Teapigs Super Fruit teabag

Method
Gently heat your juice, Madeira and gin on the fire,
then pour the mix into a heatproof glass.
Drop in your teabag and let the flavours
infuse for a couple of minutes.
Serve alongside a shot of rose champagne,
and let that warm fuzzy feeling in.
