THE SLOE BURNER COCKTAIL

A warming, gin-laced hot cocktail which centres around Frobishers Cranberry juice and is served with a shot of Champagne.

 

Glassware

Latte & shot glass

 

Recipe

75ml Frobisher’s cranberry

35ml Henriques & Henriques 5-year-old Madeira

35ml Chase Sloe and Mulberry Gin

1 x Red Berry and Hibiscus teabag

1 x shot glass of rose Champagne

 

Method

Gently heat first 3 ingredients in a small pan

Transfer to heat proof glass

Add tea bag Infuse for 1-2 minutes

Serve alongside shot of Champagne
