A sophisticated botanical cocktail featuring Frobishers Cloudy Apple Juice, Exmoor Wicked Wolf Gin and Green Chartreuse.

Recipe

35ml Frobisher’s cloudy apple juice

35ml Wicked Wolf Exmoor gin

10ml Green Charteuse

17.5ml Willy’s apple cider vinegar

17.5ml egg white (pasteurised)

2 basil leaves

 

Method

Add all ingredients to a Boston shaker

Follow with a scoop of ice and two basil leaves, and shake

Fine strain into a mixing vase and whisk for a few seconds with a handheld milk frother

Pour from a height into a Martini glass and garnish

Single basil leaf topped with micro lemon balm leaves
